After more then 9000 Qso's team is went QRT and back to the main land. Tomorrow is a tiring road to Khabarovsk.
RI0CR on air!
The team successfully landed on the island, set up camp and start to work on the air.
Team in Khabarovsk
Landed in Khabarovsk. Had a great flight! +22 outside and sunny. Ahead is a long and difficult road to the village of De-Kastri.
Equipment is arrived
The main cargo of the team arrived in Khabarovsk! Thanks to Nikolay from De-Kastri for meeting the cargo and solving some of the organizational issues of the expedition!
Main portion of equipmen has been shipped
Today the main cargo was sent to Khabarovsk, more than 150 kg, this is cable, antennas, masts, tents and other "household stuff". Very complicated logistics, but we know that everything will work out.
Expedition Callsign is confirmed
Russian authorities have issued permission to use a special callsign RI0CR for our expedition. The team has received the relevant documents.
Expedition Planning Update
Final preparations for the RI0CR expedition are underway. The team has completed equipment testing and is ready for the upcoming adventure to Ustrichnyy Island.
Equipment Confirmation
All major equipment pieces have been confirmed and are being prepared for the expedition. The team will be operating with Elecraft K3 transceivers and SteppIR BigIR and VDAs antennas.
Team Announcement
The complete team of operators has been finalized. Seven experienced operators will participate in the RI0CR expedition, bringing their expertise to ensure successful operations.
